7:30 am           REGISTRATION & TECH OPENS. All registrants are expected to check-in at registration to finalize payment and to sign the waivers for the day.  At registration the registrants will also receive their rider’s wrist band, the appropriate class stickers, and decals for tech. Tech will inspect general functionality of your motorcycle and make sure that the rider has done all the necessary adjustments as outlined in the bike prep portion of  the registration package.  We will also be checking for the appropriate safety gear.

8:30  am          MANDATORY RIDERS MEETING. A mandatory riders meeting will take place on pit road prior to all track activities. The purpose for this meeting to is to inform all registrants of any changes to the day’s events, procedures and track conditions that could affect the safety of all riders on the racetrack. This could be something as serious as spilled coolant from the day before that all riders would want to know about. We also will be reviewing the flags that will be used for the day so all registrants know what they are looking for and how things will be handled. Any and all riders who miss the riders meeting will NOT be allowed on the racetrack and are to see Pure Trackdays management immediately.

9:00 am           TRACK OPENS. Sessions will be approx. 15-18mins for each session with a complete rotation every hour.  As always, the RED group will be the first group on the track, followed by YELLOW and than by GREEN.

RED GROUP (advanced) – This group is primarily for racers and very experienced track day riders. A very fast pace is set in this group and passing is completely open anywhere on the track as long as it’s done in a safe fashion (no banging). Pure Trackdays reserves the right to approve riders wishing to join this group.

YELLOW GROUP (intermediate) – This group is primarily for riders with prior track day/racetrack experience. The pace is slower than the red group but speeds are increased from the green group and passing is allowed down the straights and exiting corners.

GREEN GROUP (novice) – This group is primarily for riders with little or no track day/racetrack experience or those who prefer the slower calmer pace of the green group. Passing is only allowed down the straights.

Groupings for riders will be done at registration and Pure Trackdays Inc. reserves the right to move any rider at any time to a more suitable group.

12:00 pm         RACE TRACK CLOSED FOR LUNCH. The race track will be closed during this time to all riders for lunch.  This is also a good time to stop by our track side vendors and see the services that they can provide you.

12:50 pm       There may be a secondary mandatory riders meeting called at this time to discuss any issues that had taken place in the morning session and to go over the afternoon track conditions.  This will also be an opportunity for riders who missed the morning meeting to get caught up on the rules and regulations to get them out on the track if they haven't already done so.

1:00pm            TRACK OPENS. The rotation will commence from the last group out prior to the lunch break.   Depending on circumstances during the morning events Pure Tracksdays Inc. reserves the right to modify or change the groupings by either combining groups and/or lengthening sessions in an attempt to give each rider the maximum time for the day.  This would only come about if there was a significant crash resulting in a loss of time to one or several groups.

5:00pm            TRACK CLOSED. The race track will be closed to all riders for the remainder of the day.

We will try to make every effort to adhere to this schedule as much as possible.  There may be some unforeseen circumstances that will require revisions to the schedule, but in that event, we will make all necessary adjustments to benefit all the riders.  In making schedule changes we WILL NOT compromise the safety of all riders by bending our own rules and regulations.
